"Inspiring and supportive direct hierarchy and colleagues. I'm really glad my manager/reference person has a pedagogical mindset, so I can learn lot of things with her. It is also the case with almost every colleague: I feel it is easy to talk to them and ask them help/support if needed.
Also, there is a flexible mindset, so I have quite some liberties regarding my own organisation (as long as I provide good results & show efforts)"
