Founded in 2012, ChooseMyCompany® is a French mission-driven company whose purpose is to enhance the relationship between organizations and their stakeholders.

We support companies and schools in listening to their stakeholders (employees, students, candidates, customers, etc.), by running our own surveys or analyzing surveys carried out with third parties.

Organizations that demonstrate a high level of stakeholder satisfaction earn our Certifications, which help them improve, attract talent and customers, and strengthen their extra-financial reporting.

The C-FAIRR® protocol

Unlike unverified review platforms, our results are governed by the C-FAIRR® protocol (Confidentiality, Freshness, Anonymity, Inclusion, GDPR, Respect for freedom of expression). This gives them credibility that can be fully leveraged in communication, employer branding, and extra-financial reporting.

Frameworks that foster debate and decision-making

Our questionnaires are short and combine closed and open questions. They draw on management and engagement theories as well as positive psychology. Updated every year, they stay in step with changes in the world of work.

Questions aligned with the ESRS and GRI standards (CSRD)

Every ChooseMyCompany® question is mapped to the ESRS and GRI standards, allowing you to feed your extra-financial reporting directly.

ChooseMyCompany® acts as an independent trusted third party between respondents and the organizations being assessed. Our mission: to make everyone's voice heard, in complete safety.

We guarantee 100% anonymous, confidential, and secure surveys, in strict compliance with the regulations in force:

• Full anonymity: organizations cannot know who did or did not respond to the survey.
• Aggregated results: no individual response is shared. Data is processed collectively, with an anonymization threshold set at a minimum of 5 respondents.
• No identifying data: no information that could identify a respondent is collected or transmitted.
• GDPR compliance: our processes comply with the European data protection regulation as well as security standards.

1. Collecting feedback

Feedback can be collected via the ChooseMyCompany® platform or through a third-party tool (Qualtrics, Peakon...), provided the 6 criteria of the C-FAIRR protocol are met: Confidentiality, Freshness, Anonymity, Inclusion, GDPR, Respect for freedom of expression.

2. Calculating the score

The score is rated out of 500 points, based on 4 criteria + 1 bonus:

• Satisfaction rate
• Recommendation rate
• Participation rate
• Match rate with the ChooseMyCompany® index
• Verbatim bonus (+20% of comments)

3. Obtaining the certification

Two levels of certification are possible:

• The Attestation (good level of satisfaction, willingness to listen)
• The Medal (high-quality relationship), available in 4 tiers (bronze, silver, gold, platinum)

4. Joining our rankings

For medal holders, ChooseMyCompany® certifications make it possible to take part in our official and themed rankings.

Organizations of all sizes can take part in our certifications. We simply require the participation of at least 5 respondents in the country assessed.

ChooseMyCompany® offers a Freemium plan and Premium plans.

You can run a survey for free the first year and find out whether you are eligible for certification. Premium plans then adapt to your goals: communicating your results, improving continuously, or both at once.

Prices vary depending on several factors: the type of stakeholders assessed, the number of respondents, and the options chosen (CMC survey or CertificationMatch/AI).
