The recipients of the data are: ChooseMyCompany and partner companies whose sole purpose is to publish job offers.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, members have the right to access and rectify information concerning them.
If members wish to exercise this right and obtain access to their personal data, they may do so directly by accessing their secure member area or by sending us an email at contact{'@'}ChooseMyCompany.
Anyone may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of data concerning them.
Access
ChooseMyCompany allows its members to share information about their companies and salaries. By becoming a member, members agree to share – anonymously – information concerning them. Restricted access to the website is also granted to non-member visitors.

ChooseMyCompany uses technical and IT tools to collect personal data from its visitors.

Personal information is collected if voluntarily provided by visitors.

ChooseMyCompany may use members' personal data for a new purpose. In such a case, members’ explicit consent would be requested, for example by ticking a box where the data is collected.
Protection of Minors' Data
We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. We do not take specific measures to protect the privacy of minors who may provide us with personal data.
Data Transfers
ChooseMyCompany transfers data to partner companies solely for the purpose of publishing job offers. Visitor data is not collected for any other commercial purposes. Should ChooseMyCompany modify this policy, each member would be informed and their explicit consent would be required.
Confidentiality and Security
Our website follows a strict privacy policy as well as security rules and measures designed to protect collected information.
Employees and subcontractors of ChooseMyCompany who have access to data or are involved in its processing are required to respect the confidentiality of our members' personal data.
Employment and Non-Discrimination
ChooseMyCompany promotes non-discrimination in employment. Therefore, partner companies wishing to publish job offers may target ChooseMyCompany members solely based on professional criteria.
Partner companies do not have access to personal identifying information – including email addresses – of our members. They only have access to certain professional information:
- geographical area of professional mobility
- position and job function held
- business sector
- company
- any other information collected, provided that its content is strictly professional.
Personal characteristics (status, age range, contract type, gender, current salary, etc.) are not communicated to partner companies. This information is reserved for the analysis of HR practices within companies and salary comparisons.
The distribution of job offers to our members is therefore carried out in a way that does not allow nominative or personal identification of members, who are selected solely based on their professional characteristics.
It is only when a member voluntarily decides to contact a company (by responding positively to an offer) that they identify themselves.
We guarantee that your personal data will not be communicated to institutions or government authorities, except in cases provided for by law or regulation.

Our privacy policy complies with the law and the recommendations of the CNIL, 8 rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris.
ChooseMyCompany is registered with the CNIL under number 136 83 88 and is therefore subject to its supervision.
