What is ClientScore®?

In the context of valuing non-financial performance, ClientScore® ChoosemyCompany reflects the social performance of a company as perceived by its clients.
This score is based on 4 performance criteria that give a final score out of 100 points.

How is ClientScore® calculated?

Following a ChooseMyCompany survey, 4 criteria out of 25 points are analyzed and summed to form ClientScore®:

• Overall satisfaction: the % of positive responses across the entire ClientIndex® model


• Positivity of verbatims: the % of positive themes mentioned by clients of the company in open-ended questions. This rate may be degraded by the presence of Illegal Social Risks (harassment, assaults, racism, discrimination, etc.).


• Participation rate: the % of client companies that participated in the survey


• Recommendation rate: the % of positive responses to the question "I would recommend a friend to become a client of this provider"
