What is the ImpactScore®?

In a context of valuation of extra-financial performance, the ImpactScore® ChoosemyCompany makes it possible to reflect the performance of a company's CSR practices as perceived by its employees.
This score is based on 4 performance criteria which gives a final score out of 100 points.

How is the ImpactScore® calculated?

Following a ChooseMyCompany survey, 4 criteria out of 25 points are analyzed and added together to form the ImpactScore®:

• the environmental score: the % of positive responses on the Environment dimension of the ImpactESGIndex® model


• the social score: the % of positive responses on the Social dimension of the ImpactESGIndex® model


• the governance score: the % of positive responses on the Governance dimension of the ImpactESGIndex® model


• the positivity of the verbatims: the % of positive themes mentioned by the company's employees on the open questions. This rate may be degraded by the presence of Illegal Social Risks (harassment, aggression, racism, discrimination, etc.)
