"I had 3 interviews the first with HR and the second with the inside Director at BCN office and the 3 with Nordic Director.The last interview with Nordic Director was the strangest interview in my life. It was no interview. It was more a call we had where he was informing me of how it works there, who he is looking for etc. It was strange with lots of moments were he did not say anything, silent? he asked me 3 questions how I close a deal, how often I travel to Sweden and what language I was more comfortable with English or Swedish (strange question when Swedish is my mother tongue). Then after 20min he ended the ?interview?. I would not call it an interview as it was 90% him speaking but was he not going to interview me?? But I have to say the HR and the Inside Director in BCN office were 2 very professional individuals who knew how to interview and ask the right questions. There I was speaking 75% and they 35% like most interviews in most companies."
