Who are we?

Biocodex is a French, family-owned pharmaceutical company founded in 1953, built around the development and commercialization of the world’s first probiotic yeast strain, Saccharomyces boulardii CNCM I-745®, discovered in 1923.

Building on relationships established over the past 70 years with healthcare professionals, Biocodex teams are committed every day to improving health for all and are structured around three core pillars: microbiota, women’s health, and rare diseases.

Beyond these three pillars, we have also developed expertise in sleep and pain management.

Our broad product portfolio includes medicines, medical devices, dietary supplements, and dermo-cosmetic products.
