What is TraineesScore®?

In the context of valuing non-financial performance, TraineesScore® ChoosemyCompany reflects the social performance of a company as perceived by its interns/apprentices and VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise - International Corporate Volunteer).
This score is based on 4 performance criteria that give a final score out of 100 points.

How is TraineesScore® calculated?

Following a ChooseMyCompany survey, 4 criteria out of 25 points are analyzed and summed to form TraineesScore®:

• Overall satisfaction: the % of positive responses across the entire TraineesIndex® model


• Positivity of verbatims: the % of positive themes mentioned by interns/apprentices/VIEs of the company in open-ended questions. This rate may be degraded by the presence of Illegal Social Risks (harassment, assaults, racism, discrimination, etc.).


• Participation rate: the % of interns/apprentices/VIEs of the company who participated in the survey, relative to the declared workforce


• Recommendation rate: the % of positive responses to the question "I recommend my company..."
