What is the EngagementScore®?

In a context of valuation of extra-financial performance, the ChoosemyCompany EngagementScore® makes it possible to reflect the social performance of a company perceived by its employees.
This score is based on 4 performance criteria which gives a final score out of 100 points.

How is the EngagementScore® calculated?

Following a ChooseMyCompany survey, 4 criteria out of 25 points are analyzed and added together to form the EngagementScore®:

• overall satisfaction: the % of positive responses on the entire EngagementIndex® model


• the positivity of the verbatims: the % of positive themes mentioned by the company's employees on the open questions. This rate may be degraded by the presence of Illegal Social Risks (harassment, aggression, racism, discrimination, etc.).


• participation rate: the % of company employees who took part in the survey


• the recommendation rate: the % of positive answers to the question “I recommend my company...“
