The team is present in EMEA, APAC and Americas and is mostly involved in upfront framing of issues, diagnostic, target model definition, detailed design, recommendations and implementation roadmap. CIB Transformation, created in 2015 in the context of the CIB of Tomorrow program, is an internal team delivering professionalised Project Management services, leveraging on internal profiles, experts in CIB BLs, Functions or project management. CIB Consulting & CIB Transformation are working in close collaboration, as one team, with different positioning and range of skills: from pure consulting methodologies at framing phase to project management during implementation.
