As Engineer, you will lead the design of our solutions, making sure they are robust and scalable. Youll contribute to the development of new features, youll mentor younger engineers and bring technical expertise to our product and business experts.

What you will directly contribute to:

  • Reporting to the Engineering Manager, in a team of 5 engineers (to date)

  • Building a robust and scalable backend that support BlaBlaCar websites and mobile apps, as well as new applications dedicated to bus partners;

  • Taking part in the design definition of the services and their APIs to ensure they are scalable, robust and easy to use;

  • Interacting with multiple internal stakeholders (product managers, business analyst, data scientists, etc)

  • Deploying and operating your services to production and ensuring they are performing as expected through monitoring and instrumentation

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful:

  • 3+ years of experience in engineering teams within tech companies

  • Fluency in Object-Oriented language development (JAVA is a plus) and eager to constantly learn new technologies

  • A first experience in a Service Oriented Architecture ecosystem as well as other technologies such as PHP/Symfony2, MySql, ElasticSearch, Rabbit MQ, is a plus.

You will join a small team of engineers operating in true agile style at an early stage in the project. The current project goal is to iterate quickly and take over the commuting carpooling market.

What you will contribute to:

  • Lay down the product roadmap in collaboration with the product and the UX team;

  • Support new features by creating API endpoints in the backend (Python 3.6, PostgreSQL/PostGIS, ElasticSearch, OSRM, Redis, Kafka);

  • Create backoffice views for new features to help our support team (Javascript, Flow, React);

  • Adapt existing implementations to growing scalability challenges, and actively fight tech debt via tooling and code reviews;

With the BlaBlaCar Pro product(s), we are building a new vertical at BlaBlaCar by opening our marketplace to bus transport partners. As front-end expert within this BlaBlaCar Pro project team, youll be building the heart of our new ecosystem dedicated to bus transport partners. Job description

Nous recherchons un-e Responsable Administratif et Financier (RAF) pour superviser l'ensemble des activités administratives, comptables, financières et fiscales de JobTeaser.

Directement sous le CFO, vous êtes rattaché à la Direction Financière et amené à encadrer une équipe de 6 personnes, issues des départements suivants : comptabilité, contrôle de gestion, administration des ventes et office management.

Dans ce cadre, vous serez amené à :

  • Coordonner et contrôler la gestion administrative et financière de la société en lien avec la Direction et les équipes métiers :

    • Participer à l’élaboration des prévisions et révisions budgétaires

    • Etablir et assurer un suivi des tableaux de bord financiers afin de prévenir les écarts et les risques

  • Superviser et gérer la comptabilité générale et analytique : gestion du budget, clôture des comptes, élaboration et suivi de la rentabilité analytique

  • Superviser l’ensemble des déclarations fiscales

  • Assurer le pilotage de la trésorerie :

    • Suivi et analyse des encaissements / décaissements

    • Gestion prévisionnelle de la trésorerie

    • Optimisation des dépenses d’exploitation

  • Définir et Coordonner la gestion administrative et financière de l’ensemble des filiales de JobTeaser :

    • Assister à l’enregistrement et au suivi des entités

    • Participer à l’optimisation des procédures liées à l’internationalisation de la société

    • Piloter la refacturation des frais supportés par le siège

  • Gérer et animer les relations avec les prestataires externes (auditeurs, banques, avocats)

  • Définir et coordonner la gestion du personnel (avenant, détachement, documents nécessaires à l’enregistrement fiscal local, etc…) en partenariat avec la Direction des Ressources Humaines

  • Conseiller la direction dans sa stratégie et ses décisions opérationnelles.

  • Assurer un bon niveau de fonctionnement des locaux

Qualifications

Passionné par la finance, autonome et rigoureux, vous justifiez d’une première expérience significative en tant que manager (RAF ou contrôle de gestion). De formation supérieure en finance et comptabilité (Bac +5), polyvalent et réactif vous êtes attiré par les entreprises en forte croissance. Vous souhaitez assurer un véritable rôle de conseil stratégique pour optimiser la croissance d’une société en plein développement.

Responsabilités :

Rattaché(e) au S&OP Manager et en collaboration avec l'équipe commerciale et l'équipe Business Intelligence (BI), vous êtes en charge d'élaborer la prévision des ventes permettant d'atteindre la plus grande fiabilité et d'optimiser ainsi l'activité de nos entrepôts afin de réduire les délais.

Dans ce cadre, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :

- Récolter les informations de stocks disponibles et estimer des volumes par vente et typologie de produit.

- Identifier et prendre en compte les actions marketing impactant les prévisions de vente.

- Mettre en place une stratégie de gestion des retours avec les entrepôts afin de minimiser ou maximiser la prévision.

- Mettre en place les outils d'aide à la décision.

- Optimiser les ordres de transfert inter-sites.

- Décomposer la prévision des ventes selon les ateliers de traitement en entrepôt.
