Les missions qui vous seront confiées

Plongé au coeur du service commerce de Cdiscount, vous serez rattaché au pôle Social Media et travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec la Responsable digital RP et e-réputation. Votre quotidien sera rythmé par les missions suivantes :

Profil recherché

Rattaché à la Direction Ingénierie, Projets, Opérations de la Business Unit France, vous intervenez au sein d'une équipe pluridisciplinaire.

Acteur à part entière dans la gestion du réseau, votre poste contient plusieurs facettes :

Gérant plus de 800 hôtels et restaurants franchisés, managés ou filiales, l'ensemble des 80 personnes de la BU France est tourné vers la qualité de service rendu à nos clients internes, nos investisseurs, et à l'optimisation des résultats commerciaux et de gestion de nos établissements, passant par un niveau d'exigence opérationnelle fort. La BU France interagit aussi en permanence avec l'ensemble des directions corporate (commercial, marketing distribution, financière…).

La Direction Ingénierie, Projets, Opérations de la BU France joue le rôle de facilitateur auprès des divers intervenants et notamment des directeurs opérationnels pour leur permettre d'atteindre leurs objectifs.

  • Vous participez ainsi à la définition et au suivi de projets variés en préparant les modalités de mise en oeuvre et les cahiers des charges.
  • Vous suivez les études nécessaires et les opérations de réalisations. Votre analyse portera à la fois sur des données financières mais également très opérationnelles.
  • Vous participez à l'élaboration de process innovants. Vous aurez également un rôle de coordination dans la mise en place et le suivi des projets.
