The primary mission of the Schools & Universities Team is to integrate the Career Center by JobTeaser into the intranet of our partner schools and universities. We equip them with an innovative career platform to guide students and young graduates through their professional development and help them find an internship or graduate job which is a perfect match.

Over the past two years, the Career Center by JobTeaser has become the platform of choice for over 170 large French schools and universities including HEC, ESSSEC, Polytechnique, EDHEC and Dauphine.

In parallel to our French growth, we are launching the career centre in to 11 European countries including the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy and the Netherlands.

As Content Marketing Manager, and in tandem with the Schools Team Marketing Manager, your main objective will be to create various content to increase the awareness of JobTeaser and facilitate the prospection and acquisition of new partner establishments.

To achieve this objective, your missions will be:

  • Permanent market watch
  • Buyer persona approach: continuous knowledge of the target
  • Content creation:
  • Editorial planning construction
  • Developing content to attract high quality traffic: emailing, newsletters, webinars, ebooks, social media, blog, etc.
  • Content broadcasting: Optimise the visibility and dissemination of content. LinkedIn, blog, listes d’emails, etc.
  • Analysis of the ROI of inbound marketing and optimisation of process and funnel conversion
  • Focus on German market: business cases, case studies, market studies, etc.


  • Mandatory: Perfect command of English and French, both written and spoken
  • Familiar with the problems of inbound marketing,
  • Analytical approach and understanding of ROI
  • Work according to a logic of ‘test and learn’
  • 1st experience of writing, ideally in the web sector
