Precision Advertising Planner

The Precision Advertising Planner will need to deliver dynamic, best-in-class proven talent that drives results. In this role, you will lead the campaign management process and collaborate with the larger internal teams, agency, and DSP partners to deliver successful audience-based programmatic media programs across the L’Oreal portfolio of brands. As a Strategic Planner you will help create, innovate, and guide the programmatic process.

 

Role Description:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for brand team for strategy, planning and activation specific to each programmatic campaign
  • Be seen as resource in terms of gathering and distributing research around the programmatic industry
  • Ensure proper pacing of impression/click delivery of campaigns, prompt delivery of reports to brand teams and accurate/useful performance reports
  • Maintain a deep understanding of innovation capabilities, the L’Oreal business & existing and emerging buying platforms (Adobe, DV360, etc.)
  • Work closely with the senior team members to contribute to the success of cross-channel programmatic client campaigns
  • Assist team with all executional aspects of the campaign management processes – campaign strategy; tagging recommendations; console setup; delivery management (pacing, budget, spend); analysis and reporting
  • Liaise between key internal groups (CMI, IT, Omni, research/analytics & operations)
  • Help in designing and delivering performance updates, optimizations, business reviews, new audience-based programmatic solutions and growth opportunity presentations

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2-3 years of experience digital media experience across display, video, social and mobile; a minimum of 2+ years in-console audience-based RTB media
  • Deep understanding of segment builds for data overlay within media activation (KRUX)
  • Knowledge of digital media systems and tools (i.e., ad servers, attribution, tagging, ad verification)
  • Knowledge of ad targeting methodologies
  • Knowledge of media optimization methodologies
  • Familiarity with general IT and internet technologies
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Can multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across clients, multiple partner relationships and internal initiatives on a daily basis while maintaining a profound attention to detail

Assignments include but are not limited to scheduling / calendaring, formatting presentations, typing reports, processing departmental requests, preparing expense reports, disseminating departmental information on behalf of the President and providing overall assistance.  Must maintain strict confidentiality of Department and Company information.

    Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    -Coordinate and manage President’s calendar and schedule appointments and meetings:
    -Provide updated calendar on a daily basis and as it changes
    -Manage calendar; be cognizant of maintaining a manageable meeting load
    -Confer with the President on a daily basis to ensure calendar is manageable and up-to-date
    -Meet as needed with President to prioritize and plan projects
    -Reconcile and prepare accurate, timely expense reports
    -Open and Manage Purchase Orders (PO’s) and/ or other related requests
    -Prepare and type correspondence, ensure correct spelling and grammar usage
    -Prepare accurate presentations and spreadsheets
    -Read, prioritize and route incoming mail and faxes.  Locate and attach files or information required for manager to appropriately respond to correspondence.  Follow up with the President as necessary to ensure that any actions required have been taken
    -Organize and maintain filing system and file correspondence and other documentation
    -Answer and screen President’s telephone calls and arrange conference calls
    -Arrange for phone coverage according to established back-up protocol and provide back-up phone coverage for other administrative assistants according to protocol
    -Prepare agendas for meetings, send meeting and reminder notices and confirm attendance of attendees, alert President of meetings prior to the meetings; confirm President’s need for the meeting (e.g. agenda, materials, equipment), reserve appropriate meeting space, catering, seating, supplies and equipment, and, as required, ensure meeting space is in appropriate order for the next meeting
    -Request, compile and distribute meeting minutes
    -Advise reception of visitors, arrange schedule for and greets visitors and escort them to appropriate area or person
    -Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations
    -Provide overall clerical assistance, i.e. making copies, making telephone calls, preparing mailings
    -Arrange for equipment maintenance
    -May order supplies
    -Attendance is an essential function of this position

    Nature and level of contacts may vary.  Executive Assistant must have the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and external constituents, including the Senior Management  in the offices of NY and Paris Senior Management.  They must be able to establish and maintain relationships with outside vendors (advertising agencies, customers, distributors, etc.)  They must also establish and maintain relationships with other administrative assistants, both internally and externally.

          Elaboration et déploiement de la stratégie média de la marque :


          • Développement des campagnes en lien avec l’agence média

          • Coordination avec les principaux acteurs médias>

            Animation du site internet et des supports digitaux :


            • Déploiement du plan d’animation (contenus éditoriaux, opérations promotionnelles, jeux concours…

            • Développement du contenu éditorial


            Recrutement et fidélisation des clients :


            • Recueil et analyse des données consommateurs
            • Stratégies et contenu des E-mailing


            E-commerce/E-retail :


            • Animation des sites, mise à jour du catalogue produits, relation E-retailer, analyse de la performance


             


            VOTRE PROFIL


            • Vous êtes impérativement étudiant(e) en Master

            • Vous avez une convention de stage délivrée par votre école

            • Vous maîtrisez le français et l’anglais

            • Vous avez d’excellentes compétences analytiques et vous êtes capable de gérer la complexité

            • Vous êtes créatif(ve) et curieux(se)

            • Vous avez un esprit entrepreneurial

            Comment se déroule le processus de recrutement ?


            Le processus est composé de deux étapes :


            • L’entretien RH : il peut prendre la forme d’un Assessment Center ou d’un entretien individuel. Toujours exploratoire, il s’agit d’une discussion très ouverte avec un recruteur pour apprendre à mieux vous connaître et identifier le métier, la division, la marque sur lesquels il est pertinent de vous positionner.

            • L’entretien avec les managers : c’est lors de cet entretien que vous rencontrez votre potentielle future équipe, l’occasion pour vous de convaincre, mais aussi de poser toutes vos questions.

               


            Est-ce difficile de travailler chez L’Oréal ?

            Moins d’un tiers des stagiaires chez L’Oréal a déjà eu une expérience dans le monde de la beauté ou de la mode. Avoir une sensibilité personnelle aux cosmétiques est un atout, mais nous accordons encore plus d’importance à d’autres qualités essentielles que sont l’esprit d’entreprendre, la capacité à innover, à questionner, à proposer des idées en rupture ou encore l’envie d’avoir un vrai impact sur le marché.

          Requirements:

          • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
          • Retail or related experience strongly preferred
          • Basic reading and math skills
          • Ability to use computerized point of sale system, SAP experience preferred
          • Must be able to work weekends as availability guidelines require
          • 18 years of age and High School Diploma or equivalent GED, preferred
          • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
          • Must be able to stand and walk about the store throughout scheduled shift
