The ranking score is used to highlight the companies that perform best on the HappyIndex®Clients questionnaire. But this performance needs to be reliable and representative, so the survey participation rate is strongly taken into account.
How is the HappyIndex®Clients rating calculated?
Each customer can respond spontaneously to the HappyIndex®Clients questionnaire on ChooseMyCompany or on the occasion of a questionnaire requested by the participating company. This questionnaire of 12 questions allows to calculate 2 values:
The average of the 12 questions, which is a score /5 and is called the "questionnaire score"
A recommendation rate, which is a % of customers who answered "agree" or "strongly agree" to the question "I would recommend a friend to become a customer of this provider"
In the case of a solicited survey a participation rate will also be calculated, which is the number of respondents over the number of invitees
The ranking score is equal to the "questionnaire score" multiplied by 2, then weighted by the participation rate and the recommendation rate :
If the participation rate is greater than or equal to 50%, then the coefficient is 1. As soon as this rate decreases, then the coefficient decreases proportionally and downgrades the questionnaire score.
If the recommendation rate is greater than or equal to 75%, then the coefficient is 1. As soon as this rate decreases, then the coefficient decreases proportionally and degrades the questionnaire score.
The formula is of the form 2 × Questionnaire score × Participation coefficient × Recommendation coefficient.
* About the number of respondents If the survey is conducted in an employer-solicited manner, the respondents are those who participated in the most recent survey (on or before 01/10 last) If the survey is conducted spontaneously, the respondents are those who spontaneously gave their opinion on ChooseMyCompany ** About the workforce If the ranking is France, then the number of employees in France is taken into account. This workforce is published on the company's page and can be modified free of charge by the employer directly in its back office (ask us
