“ The place given to trainees. I will say that the key words are respect, trust and kindness. I was put at the same level as my non-trainee colleagues. My opinions were taken into account. An example: in my department, all my trainees must make a presentation and management committee, on the subject of their choice. The goal is that the directors also learn trainees. The digital reverse mentoring program is also an example of the important place occupied by trainees and work-study participants.
