“ The place given to trainees. I will say that the key words are respect, trust and kindness. I was put at the same level as my non-trainee colleagues. My opinions were taken into account. An example: in my department, all my trainees must make a presentation and management committee, on the subject of their choice. The goal is that the directors also learn trainees.
