What do you like the MOST about this company / organisation?

“ Regarding my company, I like the product that we have developed and the fact that it answers a real demand of the market putting us in a privileged position. Our country manager is always very thoughtful with all his team and interested in our growth. We always strive to grow and perform better every time. I strongly feel we all (DiliTrust) have the will to become a more united group of workers also in these terms.

“ Regarding my job, I like the fact that my team trusts in my capability and with the work I do. I feel my colleagues are keen to receive feedback from me and they try to put them to good use. Being challenged with delivering projects to big and demanding clients is very stimulating.

“ The people! And I feel progress is being made overall. Everyone is committed, works together and is respectful. Everyone wants to succeed.

“ That the software is excellent and I enjoy working with it and talking about it. I feel challenged and very happy when success comes.
