What do you like the MOST in your job?

“ Regarding my job, I like the fact that my team trusts in my capability and with the work I do. I feel my colleagues are keen to receive feedback from me and they try to put them to good use. Being challenged with delivering projects to big and demanding clients is very stimulating.

What do you like the LEAST in your job?

“ Not being able to be 100% in control over the course of the project due to the partial lack of communication, a shared vision over developments in terms of roadmaps and an overview over tickets and time of resolution.

What do you like the MOST about this company / organisation?

“ The people! And I feel progress is being made overall. Everyone is committed, works together and is respectful. Everyone wants to succeed.
