What do you like the MOST about your company?

Healthy people at all levels, a willingness to move forward collectively, a relatively weak take of individual egos on collective coherence. People with high level expertise, fairly focused on sharing, and recognition of the qualities of each. A healthy atmosphere where the individual is respected and valued. A geographical position to enjoy the sublime national estate of Saint-Cloud every afternoon good weather.

What do you like the LEAST about your company?

A fairly eloquent turnover, very low benefits compared to other equivalent companies: 5 RTT and "c'est tout", no participation. A company that struggles to recruit talent because it refuses to put the price. When we talk about developers who have "red carpet" wherever they go, it's annoying.
