Driven by a direct approach office for a top level position to hear say after 7 interviews, 3 references and 3 months of process that there is no post c is downright zero people do not have that to do. In the end having been among the best I met the President and HR had to follow and integrate because I had been integrated into the pipeline of key talents. Assessment of HR monitoring: very variable, sometimes contact for junior positions, sometimes 4 years later very capes. In the end we understand that there is a real decision-making problem that borders on the lack of respect for the candidate and that some files are a little misplaced.
