• La responsabilité de l’exhaustivité des opportunités à rentrer dans l’outil CRM par les équipes commerciales ainsi que leur suivi sur l’ensemble du cycle de vente

- L’analyse de la concurrence sur le compte (veille concurrentielle, benchmark) 

- Le suivi des accords-cadres et du déploiement des accords par les équipes commerciales terrains

- La coordination entre les différents intervenants sur les propositions transverses (multi pays) (techniques, marketing, juridiques, supply chain, opérations, finance, force de vente, etc.)  .

Missions auprès des clients :

• La promotion des offres Linkbynet auprès des principaux décideurs du compte

• La compréhension des enjeux, de la stratégie et de la transformation du compte (DG, DSI, Digital)

• L’identification des budgets de transformation de l’IT et des principaux deals sur lesquels Linkbynet est éligible

• La négociation directe auprès des clients sur les deals les plus importants (prix, délais de livraison, engagements, CGV…)

• Le suivi des organigrammes du compte et l’identification des interlocuteurs potentiels / Rencontrer les principaux décideurs et développer de l’intimité et des rencontres régulières

Vous possédez 3 ans d'expériences minimum en tant que GAM/KAM.

Job description

Le nouveau Linky intégrera l’équipe de sauvegarde, au sein du département infrastructure/réseau et interviendra sur:

  • La gestion et suivi des plateformes de nos clients et la planification de la capacité;
  • Définition et mise en place d’architecture;
  • Proposition d’amélioration et d’évolution des outils et processus;
  • Gestion du stockage sur différentes baies (HP, Dell, EMC);
  • Gestion des sauvegardes des nuages ''clouds'' (Azure, AWS, OVH, etc…);
  • Support de niveau 3;
  • Participer aux phases d’avant-vente et réponse aux appels d’offres.


Profile and skills wanted

Le profil recherché est:

  • Un minimum de 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire;  
  • Maîtrise pointue de  Veeam backup & réplication et/ou Commvault;
  • Maîtrise de sauvegarde Azure (Recovery service Vault, sauvegarde PaaS), AWS Backup et snapshots AWS, SAN (DELL, HP), robotique de bandes LTO ;
  • Posséder de de bonnes connaissances de: Powershell, VMWARE, les Clouds publics (Azure et AWS), OS (Windows / linux), RMAN Oracle, SQL Server ;
  • Curiosité, débrouillardise et bon esprit d'équipe;
  • Anglais courant dans un contexte professionnel.

Job description
  • The Senior Network Engineer ensures success in setting, optimizing and operational maintenance services for any network equipment hosted in Linkbynet Datacenters throughout the project cycle, from sale projects to operations ones.

  • He / She collaborates with the other technical departments such as Service Delivery, System & Application, Operation, Supervision & Back-up, Virtualization / Storage located in Vietnam and other countries.

  • He/she is the level 2 escalation point for Network Administrator.

  • Ensures the resolution of incidents or any problems linked to Network & Security in collaboration with dedicated Service Delivery Manager and other teams.

  • Operates daily supervision and exploitation with the Incident and Problem manager.

  • Creates and optimizes automated script dedicated for Network & Security daily operation

  • Maintains and validation of TAD (Technical Architecture Document) for dedicated clients



Profile and skills wanted

  • At least 5 years of experience in networking
  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science & Engineering or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience in the following technologies:

·         Cisco: routing/switching, firewall.

·         Checkpoint/Fortinet firewall

·         Linux networking administration.

·         Network security knowledge/experience.    

  • Knowledge of one or more of the following topics will be an advantage:

·        Public cloud knowledge (AWS, Azure, Alicloud…

·        Storage and virtualization technologies.

·        Network automation (Ansible…).

  • CCIE, JNCIE is a plus.
  • AWS/Azure certified is a plus.
  • Great communication skills in written & spoken English. French or Vietnamese are a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of networks technologies, especially large enterprise network.
  • Service oriented mindset.
  • Good problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Great team working skills
  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Ability to work Overtime if required
